• Personal Transportation: Providing transportation through my personal vehicle.
• Travel Companion: Accompanying you throughout the trip to handle hagglers and hustlers.
• Cultural Orientation: Sharing tips on local customs, etiquette, dress codes, and cultural norms for a respectful and immersive experience.
• Communication: Acting as the central point of contact with you and any other involved parties.
• Language Assistance: Teaching basic phrases in the local language or acting as a translator for important interactions.
• Shopping Assistance: Guiding you to find authentic products, negotiate prices, and avoid tourist traps.
• Photography Guidance: Identifying picturesque spots and assisting with capturing memorable moments.
• Travel Gear Advice: Recommending what to pack, including attire and other essentials based on your trip itinerary.
  
  

How to Book:

You can reserve my consulting services through my shop.

 

To proceed, please select one of the following options:

 

1. €25: Commissioning fee for small day trips in and around Cairo.
2. €50: Commissioning fee for longer day trips (e.g., Fayoum) or 2-day trips like the White Desert.
3. €70: Commissioning fee for multi-day trips across Egypt (two or more nights).
   
   

These fees will be deducted from the total trip costs.

 

If I am unavailable for your requested dates, your payment will be refunded within 1–2 weeks and I will let you know immediately.

 

Once you commission me for planning, I will email you a detailed trip plan along with cost estimates. If you approve, the remaining trip costs will be due when we meet.

 

Please note: In the event of a cancellation after successful trip planning, the commissioning fee is non-refundable.

 

 

Cost Orientation:

 

Flat Pricing for Small Groups: My consultation costs remain the same whether you are 1 or 2 people. Additional costs apply for groups of 3 or more.

 

Day Trips in Cairo:

Prices range from €40–70 depending on distances and your budget.

Additional costs include tickets, tips, and food.

 

Ticket Prices:

Ticket prices for foreigners have increased recently, and I will provide the exact costs closer to the trip.

For example, the Grand Egyptian Museum ticket currently costs 1200 EGP (approximately €20), which is one of the most expensive tickets.

 

White Desert Trips:

Trips to the White Desert require hiring a safari tour operator, which is pricey for one person (starting at around €400).

However, the price per person decreases significantly with more people joining the trip.
